So I rarely do the whole posting about my personal life thing but I had to for this. I am about to leave to head down to see Avenue Q tomorrow. (For those that don't know, click zee linkage).

Anyway, in celebration of my primo seats, time away from this podunk town, and getting to see my college friends again (YAY!), I am posting just three of my favorite YouTube videos done to Avenue Q songs.

First up is a hilarious Harry/Draco Parody video to "If You Were Gay"

Second is just a really cute fan done video to "Schadenfreude"

Lastly, while a little late, I can't get over this Larry Craig one. Dan Savage linked this first so thank you!

That is all! I'll be back Sunday night, all filled with puppet mockery goodness.

Oh, that's cool! I've seen it twice in London, all the time with the original London cast on (except for Christmas Eve, Ann Harada left before I could see her.. but at her place I've seen Naoko Mori, alias Toshiko Sato in Torchwood ;) not so bad!)

Have a nice Q! :)

Oooh! I am so jealous you got to see it twice in London. I could see Naoko Mori as Christmas Eve though so it is good to hear that she wasn't bad in it.

I had a blast though. The place was packed, which always makes for a good show. (And I tried not to sing TOO much. LOL)

Oh, I totally understand you, even in London the theatre is not properly huge ;)

Glad you enjoyed the show! :)

Heheh I've never seen the play but I absolutely love the song "If You Were Gay" and that HP video made my crack up! It's hilarious! :P

I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE that HP video. It cracks me up every single time I see it. I am so waiting for someone to do a Spike/Xander or Spike/Angel one to that song, if they haven't already.

I'm so jealous! I just caught wind it's coming to the Paramount here in Seattle this upcoming year, and I can't wait to see it. Mostly because the B.A. in English/Sucks to be Me song is pretty much my entire post-collegiate life. :)

My folks saw it last week in S.F. and said they thought I'd love it. I'm so excited!

P.S. I heart that last vid -

Hopefully it will be with the same touring company that I saw because the whole cast was just fabulous. I've listened to the Broadway cast recording so much, the voices are burned into my brain. This touring cast, totally as good.
