HAPPY LATE BIRTHDAY, ANGDELIA
I know this is super late, seekingwords but I had company this weekend and couldn't post it. I hope you forgive me. I did a Five Things for Nine/Rose and a Five Things for C/A. Sarah gave me the prompts to get me started.

To anyone else, I am starting to do birthday gifts so make sure your birthday is listed. If it isn't but you want something, drop me an email and I will mark it on my PDA. :)

These are for everyone to enjoy too.

Five Adventures Nine and Rose Never Had

Wave:

Rose looked down at her feet firmly planted on the device. “I never thought I’d be doing this.”

“What? Traveling through time and to distant worlds?”

“No, surfing.”

“This isn’t exactly surfing, Rose. Least not how you humans think of it.”

“Okay, so most surfboards don’t look like a cat box. And most people surf on water, not on the purple, glittering sands of Ronak 5.”

“Now you are getting it. Get ready. Here comes the next wave.” The Doctor reached over, taking Rose’s hand, before he shoved off to catch the ripple coursing their way through the shifting sands.

Justice:

“I had no idea that I was walking through a breeding patch!” Rose pleaded with the shadowed council that was surrounding her.

“You can’t expect a pitiful ape like this to understand breeding grounds.” Good old Doctor, always insulting races. “After all, they are only on their seventh evolution.”

“You could have put a sign up, you know. Warnin’ people!”

“Rose, not helping your case here.”

“We find the defendant…not guilty by reason of low intelligence and ignorance.”

“Now wait just a minute…” Rose never got to finish as The Doctor grabbed her hand and made a run for it.

Ice:

He stared at the cold block of ice that held the suspended form of Rose Tyler. Jackie was going to be none to happy when he brought home a daughter-sickle to Christmas dinner. He rested his forehead against the ice.

“Never thought those Wrubbles would really put you on ice.”

He looked up as he thought he saw movement. There it was again, a twitch of her fingers. It was enough. If he could find the right frequency with his sonic screwdriver, he could crack the ice. He placed his hand over hers.

“I’ll get you out of there, Rose.”

Quill:

Rose was quiet as she stood in the back of the room. She was fidgeting. The heat was stifling.

The Doctor shoved her lightly. “Stay still. You are going to witness history. The signing of the Declaration of Independence.”

Rose watched as one guy walked over and bent over the table. He started to sign but stopped, dipping the quill into more ink. He tried again, only to stop again. She heard a lot of hushed murmurings.

“What’s wrong?”

“Bad quill.” He grabbed her hand and moved through the crowd. “Not to worry gentlemen, I have a pen right here.”

Dance:

He held her close as they danced. He had remembered his moves. Not the jittery jerking jitterbug but slow and simple movements. She’d let him lead. She always let him lead. From the ends of the universe to the end of time, she’d follow.

Three bright moons shone down as they moved over the dance floor. This was the grand inaugural ball of some minister of some council.

As he took her hand, putting it over one of his hearts, she realized there was no place in space and time she would rather be than right here and right now.

Five Smutty Moments Cordelia and Angel Never Had

Lily:

Sometimes she was like a brick wall that he couldn’t help but repeatedly smash his head against. He would say or do something and the walls of her defenses would fly up. He wanted to crush down those walls, force her to let him in.

Other times, she was like a flower. She’d been plucked from her comfy garden and thrown into this life. He could see the cruel hand of fate crushing her. He wanted to open her up, to part those petals, to taste her sweet nectar. He wanted to stroke her gently, for her to come willingly.

Raspberry:

Angel could see her nipples poking through the delicate material of her blouse. She had been braless before but never tempted him with such a thin shirt. They were dark, almost red, like two ripe raspberries set atop a mound of golden flesh. They were straining against her blouse with each of her movements. He deliberately brushed a cool hand along her back, letting it linger, as he passed, whispered “I’m sorry’s” between them.

He watched them harden from his simple cool touch on her back, begging for attention. She wanted to tease him; he would tease her right back.

Book:

Cordelia sat at her desk, pretending to read a tawdry romance novel. Her eyes were really on the manpire sitting in his office, pouring over a book of his own. His ancient texts weren’t nearly as hot as her story of a boss and his secretary.

She longed for him to call her into his office for some dictation. She wanted him to hike her skirt up and run his cool hands all over her, to help her extinguish this fire he caused. Hell, she didn’t need a book to ignite her office fantasies. All she needed was her boss.

Porcupine:

During their fights, she made him bristle, like a porcupine with its quills standing at attention.

When he could feel the charge in the air like before a lightening strike, his demon rose up as well. It taunted him, calling to him to take the girl, throw her down, and show her who was really boss. It told him how to shut her up but good.

He tried to resist, despite the fact that with each insult traded, each time she escalated the fight, he grew harder until he had to leave the room. It was for both their sakes.

Moose:

Their bodies fell back on her bed and she was having a hard time remembering where her body stopped and his body started. They were just a mass of naked flesh, needing to be as close as possible. Her head swam with his kisses. She groped blindly for the bedside lamp, hand knocking several things over. She wanted to watch him. She wanted to see his face.

She caught sight of her Montgomery “Good News” Moose from childhood. She grabbed the stuff animal, fumbling as she turned him around. There were some things that the moose didn’t need to see.

Aw...this was great. I love how you write these 2 together.

There were some things that the moose didn’t need to see.

There are reasons not to read fanfic at work. Laughing at one's cubicle is one of them. :) Thanks!

LOL I am glad that you enjoyed them. :) I always try to put at least a little bit of funny in most of my stuff. So watch out!

Well you know I love them all, but I especially love the 9/R drabbles, and especially the last one. So incredibly sweet. If you are going to write such great 9/R drabbles, you know I'm going to expect more from you.

Well, too bad because you already know what you are getting for your birthday...GILLYPUFFS!

But you know I love you so I will probably write you some 9/R stuff too.

I know, and won't everyone be jealous when I am gifted with the first ever GillyPuffs fic? LOL. Take that, crazy shippers!

*squishes you tight* You're made of awesome, you know that?

As he took her hand, putting it over one of his hearts, she realized there was no place in space and time she would rather be than right here and right now.

Aww, I loved that. That was your first DW fic, yeah? It was very good. If only all the DW fics out there were like that...

She caught sight of her Montgomery “Good News” Moose from childhood. She grabbed the stuff animal, fumbling as she turned him around. There were some things that the moose didn’t need to see.

Hee, I can totally see Cordelia doing that.

Thank you so much much, hon :) *squishes you some more*

P.S. Do you mind if I rec these in my journal?
Kelly: Doctor Who: Bad Wolfxlivvielockex on August 8th, 2007 07:59 am (UTC)
Yes, my first DW fic. I worry because I don't really have British-isms down, especially the kind of slang Rose uses so not quite confident in that. But I am glad you liked it. It was for your birthday.

And rec away. They were made for you after all. :) I am just glad that you liked them so much.

Oh yeah, these are definitely some C/A moments I would have loved to see... :) *sigh*

Me too. *sighs* Me too. At least we have fanfic for it though.
mystalkershrine on August 9th, 2007 11:32 pm (UTC)
I'd love to see the "Book" and "Raspberries" turn into full-fledged fics sometime :D

You know, if it ever gets put on your "To Do" list :$

I've actually been thinking about doing a shoutout, seeing if anyone on my flist wanted to do a C/A smutathon. All PWP. So who knows, I might use one of those and expand on it. LOL

LOVE the 9/Rose drabbles, I can totally picture those happening! :) If only we had had more time with 9...

I'm curious, do you just ship 9/Rose then? Not 10/Rose?
Kelly: Doctor Who: Blondexlivvielockex on September 7th, 2010 06:11 am (UTC)
I looooooooooooove Nine/Rose. Like sfm. I am sort of meh about Ten/Rose because I don't like Ten. I don't like David Tennant's portrayl of The Doctor. It's a personal thing. I grew up on old school Who and well, he just isn't my favorite Doctor is all. I don't hate him or even dislike him. I'm just meh about it. So I tend to ship Nine/Rose more because I like the relationship between them, their dynamic and chemistry better than the Piper/Tennant chemistry.
sherrilina: 9/Rose (Doctor Who)sherrilina on September 7th, 2010 12:23 pm (UTC)
Oh okay I see now...(The other day I was reading people saying 10/Rose was like unhealthy and whatnot, and I was curious if your reasoning was something like that. I am not familiar with Classic Who, so DT's Doctor didn't seem off to me. Do you like 11 better then? I hear he's more old school Doctor...

I do love 9/Rose more I think in terms of overall interaction/chemistry/romance, though I'm a sucker for angst so what happens in Doomsday makes 10/Rose quite appealing to me as well...
